Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent processing delays.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
